the government usually makes laws that you cant argue with. But in some states there are laws that don't even have a reason for being there. And others it is just common knowledge of what to do in that situation. Some of the no apparent reason laws are that it is illegal to put an ice cream cone in your back pocket on a sunday. ok fisrt of all who in the world would do that. Another no apparent reason law is that it is illegal in the state of missouri to put a yard sale sign in your yard. Why else would it read "yard sale?" one of the common knowledge laws is that it is illegal to tie an alligator to a fire hydrent. Ok first of all who would be stupid enough to try and catch an alligator then try to drag it to a fire hydrant. and second of all fire hydrants are government property so if you tamper with them you get fined any way.
